My teachings are deeply rooted in the Eastern traditions of Tantra Yoga, embracing Hatha, Kriya, Kundalini, Bhakti, and other ancient elements of enlightenment. My paths are supported by certifications registered with Yoga Alliance: E-RYT 200, YACEP, and a 30 CE course, with a soon-to-be full 200 YTT accredited Tantric School.
